This place mistreated us the owners was cursing us out the bathroom was full of pubic hairs

The lightbulb next to my bed was broken, the curlicue type, that’s hazaourdous waste, there’s mercury released. The tv didn’t work. The air conditioner leaked up against the wall creating a river. The road noise prevented me to sleep, constantly, a room close by had their tv on all night. 2.5 stars is a joke. At $103.00 and no other options at this price after checking for 30 minutes I’m convinced both Expedia and the hotel are signs of a declining empire.

The property did not look as good as the pictures

Well, where do I start!!! Me and my family went here to stay for a week, we pulled up and parked at the facility and there were people outside playing loud music AND smoking GOD KNOWS WHAT we walked into our room and OH MY GOD the room smelled like a gas station bathroom the room was a mess there were stains on the wall the bedsheets was nasty and they had weird stains on them we contuided to search the room and I pulled back the dresser and there was a small bag of weed in the corner we proceed to search the room and look inside the drawer and there was a NEEDLE IN THE DRAWER I CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP YOU GUYS!!!!!!!! We went to the front desk and told them this was not acceptable! The front desk Guy(Martin) gave us another room and to was even worse it looked like dried up puke was on the wall stains still on the bed the mattress had holes in it and oh we found TWO MORE NEEDLES under the bed!!!! There was rocahes everwhere in the bed and on the floor we went back the the front desk to talk to martin and get our money back! we got it back the next moring You guys please do not stay here it is not livible STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Dirty. Bugs crawling in the walls, bad smell. Hotel staff uncooperative. Horrible place.

This place is really bad they should not be open for anybody to stay nasty,dirty,poor service!!!!

I felt really uncomfortable due to the terrible smelling inside the room. Besides, the hair drier did not function.

The desk clerk was very rude and yelled instead of talking and did not speak complete sentences made you feel like a terrible person for checking in. Once we checked into the room the air-conditioning was leaking outside onto the concrete there was P droplets in the bathroom and a used towel that was still wet there was a groundskeeper that got us toilet paper that was really nice but again the desk clerk was awful she made my husband and I feel terrible for checking in and checkout process absolutely no communication except for $10 $10 $10 cash for pet $10 cash cash for pet over and over because I could not understand her she was talking so fast - we will never go back and I hope this drops the rating and they have to clean things up there. Such stains on the walls - there was hair left in sink and toilet seat. I can’t believe you guys have them advertised on your site. So very disappointed.

We enjoyed the room. It was clean and Cable TV and WiFi worked great. Microwave was not working was the only flaw. Wilkes short distance to lobby to warm left overs.
