Westmont Inn - Lakeland

Dirty, bustling, bad odor, violent guests, room in very bad condition and without ventilation

The convenience to where I needed to be.

The carpet was filthy. The bathroom door would close shut. On of the lights between the beds wouldn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Room needs a major update. There seemed to be allot of people who lived there, also some shady characters hanging out. Maybe rent by the hour type patrons. It served my purpose but I wouldn't stay there again

The beds were comfortable but the floors were not clean. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The door nob to bath er oom was loose. I tightened it myself so it wouldnt fall off

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The room had a Fridge, microwave heat worked the room was in very good condition.

The property itself is in dire need of pressure washing and painting, When we came back from our activities around 9pm and found there were not any outside lighting for parking or outside room lights.

The only good thing about my stay was the location.

Room didn't have a house phone access, the linen was dirty. Bad looking cracks across the ceiling.

The beds sheets where dirty, I had to request new bed sheets. Rooms are filthy.

walked to the office to get a replacement key, the office personnel at that time smoking cigarette rudely asked me"what you going to just walk past me and not talk to me!" walks in gets another key and tosses up on counter "HERE!" not bad just don't lose a key and need a replacement

El olor a cigarrillo es horrible dentro de las habitaciones. De resto todo me parece normal.

Room smelled really bad. The other residents were scary and loud intil midnight. Felt unclesn and unsafe. Will not return ever
