Wifi connection is horrible. In 3 days my data usage was maxed out bc the connection is absolutely horrible

Dirty, unfriendly people, everything was old and dated except the TV, bathroom was okay, right next to a busy highway, very noisy.

The locstion was nice. Lake avross the street to fish in

All around good owners and staff .easy parking and clean rooms. Plus they rent U-Haul trucks.

Terrible service. Room was discussing and there was no light bulbs in the room. Couldnt even get a refund.

Office people came and told my kids that they had 15 minutes to check out when room was paid then after arguing with them he found out it was already paid

trashy place and trashy office staff rude and focused on tv and acts like you didnt exist in front of them . Scams you out your money .took my money and refused to give me a room afterwards .

Having just returned from a lengthy overseas trip, we were looking for economic venu between airport and our next destination for rest and convenience Unbelievably negative experience - no hair dryer in the room - tv wouldn’t work - bathroom sink badly stained - cleaning would have helped - bathroom being updated (?) so floor tiling incomplete - bathroom needed sweeping - no complimentary shampoo or conditioner - phone landline wouldn’t work so couldn’t notify office of our issues When asked for partial refund for these issues, were told we could leave the premises right now (after already showering) but definitely no compensation if we stayed. Proprietor blamed our complaints on our nationality. Bottom line, seek an alternative rest stop in the Lakeland area. This was a terrible way to return home.
