the staff are friendly and attentive

air-conditioning unit is noisy tv is not functioning phone wire keeps detaching from phone food is either too fatty & salty pillows are not comfortable to sleep on blankets are too thin

"Very comfortable and good location"

Staff were warm and friendly, very helpful as well. Special mention to Kevin and Erol who made sure we are comfortable. Kevin helped us transition to a suitable room for my mother who is wheelchair bound.

Minor thing, the key card would have been noce if it came with a duplicate.
