We booked, paid, and made sure we could check in by 11:00 PM. The hotel replied that we could. We arrived before 10:00 PM, no one let us in, no one answered the phone, and the hotel was closed. We were left stranded on the street overnight. Fortunately, some kind people in town helped us and took us in for that one night. The next morning, we looked for another hotel. To this day, we haven't received an explanation for what happened.

Muito bem situado no centro das Furnas, a poucos minutos a pé das atrações, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento das funcionárias Juliana e Ana durante a minha estadia. Foram extremamente simpáticas, prestáveis e atenciosas, sempre prontas a ajudar e a tornar a experiência ainda mais agradável. Estacionamento gratuito ou fácil nas redondezas e Wi-Fi Quartos limpos, confortáveis e espaçosos.

O pequeno-almoço é um pouco limitado e básico, o que pode não atender a quem procura mais variedade. Notei também que o isolamento acústico dos quartos deixa a desejar, sendo possível ouvir algum barulho da rua ou de outros quartos. Além disso, os quartos precisariam de algumas manutenções, como pequenos reparos em mobiliário e detalhes de acabamento, para tornar a estadia mais confortável.

Very good location in Furnas and such a pleasant lady at check-in desk! 🥰 We had a very warm conversation. The room is spacious and lovely. I liked this hotel! Very good option for stays in Furnas for reasonable price

I didn’t really like the breakfast. The juice wasn’t natural and the cheese wasn’t tasty at all. The coffee also wasn’t that good
