Hôtel très accueillant, avec un petit déjeuné copieux en buffet, service à volonté. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Les chambres sont petites, quoiqu'elles bénéficient d'un balcon aménagé. Mais comme il pleut souvent en hiver, le balcon n'est pas utilisable. À savoir, pour les petits budgets, qu'à Furnas tout coûte plus cher qu'ailleurs, hôtel compris.

A localização, a vista da varanda e o staff muito simpático.

O pequeno-almoço poderia ter mais produtos regionais em vez de produtos importados de supermercado, exemplo, mel de Espanha ou pão industrial. Parcerias com marcas locais seriam bem vindas ainda que isso reduzisse a variedade, melhoraria a qualidade.
