Localização e simpatia

Adoramos tudo! Como já era a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados neste hotel, pedimos por mensagem o mesmo quarto da última estadia e o hotel gentilmente e sem custos, disponibilizou o quarto que queríamos! Desta vez ao chegar ao quarto, tivemos uma surpresa de uma garrafa de vinho de oferta numa cesta com copos! Amamos surpresa/oferta do hotel! Pequeno almoço tradicional muito bom!

J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner continental est varié et permet de goûter à quelques petites choses typiques des Azores. La gérante de l'hôtel est incroyablement gentille, et vraiment, je pèse mes mots. Je me suis sentie parfaitement bien acceuillie et il y avait plusieurs indicatifs des lieux à visiter à Furnas. Elle a même pris le temps de regarder avec moi les horaires de bus ! Elle m'a énormément aidé durant mon séjour et vraiment, ça m'a fait chaud au cœur. Je suis très contente d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour mon séjour. Si vous hésitez entre plusieurs hôtels, celui-là vaut largement le coup, en plus, il est extrêmement bien situé. Tout se fait à pied à partir de ce point.

Very nice and pleasant staff, always trying to help, fair breakfast, good location

Very poor maintained facility. We stayed for 3 nights, the air conditioning worked only for cooling, we asked to fix it as it was cold snd very wet, the staff promised to help but nothing was done. They just provided us 1 blanket. At the first night electricity was down, so only cold shower in the morning (was fixed). On the third night there was some alarm in the lobby working for the entire night. No kettle in the room. No sound isolation in the room, you cannot sleep when your neighbors having a shower. One morning they served in the breakfast omlet from yesterday (was immediately fixed when we complained). Although it is 2* hostel, the price was very high compared to all 2 weeks stay in Azores (but it was reasonable compared to other hotels in Furnas)

A destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de la recepcionista Juliana. Además de informar de los lugares de interés, tanto de visitar, como de restauración, estaba predispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que uno le solicitaba ayuda. El hotel es sencillo, con una excelente ubicación; está limpio y el desayuno es correcto.
