The Stirk House Hotel

Looks amazing from the outside, and beautifully warm, cosy, and luxurious on the inside., especially sat on the huge settees in front of the roaring log fires in the main lounge. Room was warm and spacious, with super king bed, settee, 2 TVs, large bathroom. All staff were polite and very friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay again.

Impressive buildings, few staff about which was irritating but otherwise an enjoyable experience.

The standard of customer service from arrival to departure was absolutely fantastic, every member of the staff we encountered were a delight & very welcoming. We stayed one night after being guests at a wedding, our room was lovely, the bed so comfy, and everything we needed was in the room. Quality breakfast. A very excellent stay. We would most certainly return.

Listed building surrounded by beautiful countryside. With on site free parking. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Which helped to make the stay even more enjoyable The buffet breakfast was excellent The only negative was the room was tired looking but it was very clean We will definitely stay again

Everything about the hotel reflected the high professional standards of the staff and owners. Service was friendly and efficient. The property was in excellent condition with high standards of cleanliness and comfort, with magnificent grounds and views over the beautiful surrounding countryside
