The Stirk House Hotel

Great stay as always. Prefer main hotel to the lodge.

Just had an overnight stay here at the Stirk House and we really enjoyed it. The lounge/bar area and restaurant are beautifully decorated and the whole place seems really homely. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The food both in the bar and in the restaurant is superb and very reasonably priced. The hotel has beautiful grounds to walk around and the views are wonderful. Well worth a visit.

Great place to stop gym onsite decent food and also if you forget something they email and tell u can't complain at all. Great

No complaints. Made to feel welcome upon arrival. Good comfortable rooms with flat screen and God WiFi. Excellent breakfast.

Was just a shame I couldn’t have used the facilities or explored the local area more

Beautiful hotel with friendly attentive staff. Food in the restaurant was delicious. En suite Bathroom felt dated compared to the rest of the room.

When we got there they had bumped us from the room we had booked - a suite - and put us in a bog-standard double that was small and hot. So we left.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and in a fantastic area too. Food was excellent, service brilliant...Highly recommended, we'll be going back

Lovely hostel and friendly staff. Room was clean and everything we needed. Didn’t get chance to visit the leisure centre unfortunately but would definitely go again
