Beautiful hotel in a very central location in easy walking distance of the station and city centre shops but quiet. Great size room, very clean. Lovely breakfast.

TV in the room was small and old. No proper aircon.

We were upgraded, lovely room amazing stuff would definitely stay again.

The cleaner was very rude when going to our room as she wasn’t done and was quite hostile and rude towards us.

"Lovely building, friendly staff, excellent location"

The building is amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very centrally in Leeds and so is very convenient.

Breakfast is served in a room a long way from the kitchens and so was slightly disappointing overall.

This is probably the best hotel in Leeds. The position close to the centre and the train station. The rooms are spacious and the beds are luxurious and comfortable. The bathrooms are a good size. It’s an old building and puts the new hotels the shame with this small rooms and extortionate prices. A great please to stay.

A very nice hotel in a great location, staff were fantastic and even have a car park, although it's tight to get you car in it's easily manageable. The room with the balcony was brilliant and we are looking forward to going back.

We have just got to our hotel. They upgraded our room, which is amazing! The room is absolutely beautiful! The ladies at reception are absolutely lovely. Probably one of the best looking hotels I've stayed in!
