"Stay was great but post stay customer services terrible and uncoordinated."

Location.

I was charged twice for the same stay (two reference numbers given) and I’ve been trying to obtain a £99 refund for a month and the property will not refund without booking.com confirmation and booking.com only refer me back to the property (round and round in circles). Not good enough.

"Quality stay"

Stayed for my wife's 40th while out for dinner and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and not too hot o'r too cold, which was appreciated in a heatwave. Breakfast was cooked to a very good standard. The room's hairdryer was actuqlly a proper hairdryer. Worth the price for sure.
