Comfy bed, lovely old decor and historic building.

The air-conditioning system didn't seem to work properly and parking expensive (25 pounds). Bathmat wasn't properly clean and limited selection of tea and coffee without proper milk.

We got upgraded, so that was great to start. Friendly staff at the reception and when we had a drink at the bar to end the night. Breakfast was good, would definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict. Great location and a great price, we will definitely stay again, the next time we are in Leeds.
