Great location friendly staff lovely food

The room we stayed in in the evening and then again in the morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom coming up from the shower drain or something!

"A nice looking room, but wouldn't stay again."

The room decor was beautiful

Unsure on parking situation, nobody asked or advised so hoping to not get a fine! We heard more corridor noise than expected and the bed was quite uncomfortable, but it was nicely decorated and looked like website photos. We received a welcome/congratulations card on our marriage, however, it was tainted by a passive aggressive 'housekeeping!!!!' sign off in a different pen, so we felt there was hostility between teams that had nothing to do with us as guests.
