Sometimes, some of the staff didn't seem sure about what they should be doing.

Breakfast good

Evening Meal was poor

Great location. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Quite noisy, as the hotel is located next to a busy road. Windows and walls are very thin. We found mould in the bathroom and windows.

The friendly staff

Not have a car park onsite and having to pay £12 per day fir parking.

Location was excellent - well placed in the centre of Warwick and within easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants, places of interest. Stayed in comfortable room offering all the facilities needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Received online notification to "check-in" and "check-out" which made things run swiftly and without hassle. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices from cereals, fruit to hot items with the Full English being superb.

Appreciate it was very cold on the night we stayed, but even so was disappointed that our room was not particularly warm (even though radiator turned up to the max). Also the restaurant for breakfast was not overly warm either so have downgraded my score on comfort because of this

It’s our second home we went for our first date just love the place & staff carnt wait to see the refurbed version but sadly the pizza oven may be going big mistake.
