"Excellent all round !"

Great location, cheap parking nearby, very friendly feel to the hotel. Lovely big room but the radiator in the bathroom didn’t work (presumably because of a leak) and the shower door handle was faulty. Having said that we loved it 😊

"Perfectly fitted our needs."

A very spacious room with a four poster. We had never come across a double shower before! It was close to town which was celebrating a Victorian evening but we had no noise from that or the busy pub.

TV was complicated and we gave up on it! So busy celebrating a special birthday we weren’t worried!

"Nice location, shame about the detail."

The staff and food quality.

The room wasn't clean, the were cobwebs on the ceiling and mould in the shower. The bathroom was like a freezer with the towel rail turned off presumably due to a leak. The attention to detail was severely lacking particularly at this price.
