The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, each featuring beautiful antique furnishings. This charming hotel also has a lovely private garden. Breakfast is served in a bright glass-enclosed garden room, and the selection varies slightly each day, adding a delightful touch to each morning.

The hotel is very charming and pretty. The breakfast area in the garden is lovely. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind.

Huge room, so much space! Great big comfortable bed. Very clean and welcoming reception. Wonderful breakfast and freshly prepared by sweet staff

Soundproofing as it was an old hotel. My husband and I are very light sleepers so this might not be an issue for everyone. Location great but can hear the usual car horns and dogs barking and other guests moving around. This isn’t unique to this property though!

The owner made us a very bad conversation to USD, therefore our stay was significantly more expensive than expected

The smell and the noise on the streets

beautiful old consular building. Large rooms with armchairs and table. Quiet but very close to central area and cable car only five minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. They loaned me an umbrella when it was raining. Lovely artwork too. Nice conservatory to sit in. Many restaurants nearby, particularly enjoyed Típica(?) on the road at the back of hotel.

A slightly more generous breakfast would be good.

Place is amazing. Clean, spacious, great position, but above all staff is fantastic. Carlos is awesome, so helpful and kind. He helped me a lot in arranging things, giving great advices and answers on my questions as I came unprepared, even borrowing sticks for hiking trip. I have booked this place by coincidence, but I have to say definitely best place I have been so far during my trip.

Hotel with GREAT charm! An unforgettable experience! Nice breakfast in the lovely greenhouse included! The manager Juan Carlos is also a travel agent (Pukina Travel Bolivia) and we did a FABULOUS day-trip with him to Lake Titicaca (including a visit to an unexpected Thor Heyerdahl museum!) and the wonderful archaeological site of Tiwanaku ... delicious lunch included!

Nothing ... it was simply PERFECT!
