Beautiful location, friendly staff and lovely hotel.

The garbage collection was right outside our window and it disturbed our sleep early in the morning.

"A nice stay"

Location, staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very dog friendly and we all felt welcomed.

The meals were moderate, and what we ordered didn't arrive on time. The staff were accommodating and chased the food up, which eventually arrived. The room appeared tired and looked ready for redecoration.

"Disappointed"

Water and hot chocolate in the room was nice.

First of all the noise. Water pipe system is not working properly and every time we have flushed the toilet, it make a terrible loud noise for minutes when the tank has full. Second is the breakfast, they had just a little selection of continental breakfast where the meats always run out in a minute and if you would like eggs or any hot breakfast, they are charging to £15.

Location by the river

Having £100 taken from my credit card 2 days after checkout without any notification and being then told it was for a smoking fine when I have never smoked a single cigarette in my entire life!!
