Killin Hotel

The location was good

The location was perfect.

Room was clean and had very nice views.

The hotel bar and chill areas felt a bit run-down, they need an upgrade.

Hôtel confortable, et bien situé, joliment décoré. Au bord d'une jolie petite rivière. Disposant d'un bar et d'un restaurant et d'un parking. Petit déjeuner en libre service était très bien. Jolie salle. Killin est un joli petit village qui est facilement accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel

Avis mitigé au niveau du dîner

The room was fine and the bed huge tea and coffee and tv. Very comfortable bed. Parking not directly out side for disabled wife.

The floor creaked terribly making you think you would disturb your neighbours. Huge bed but left no room for a chair. The wife is disabled and the out side gravel made difficult walking. Would be better concrete or flagstone.

Good value. Good selection of drinks. Warm, and hot water. Room key system seemed very secure. Very clean. Good breakfast bar and cooked breakfast. Restaurant reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable.

Poor alcohol free/soft drinks range, porridge was watery which wasn't great for a hill day, go for the cooked breakfast which was very good. Our room was at front of building so very noisy outside when it was kicking out time which meant people talking below our window til 1am. Walls a bit thin so we heard drunken row between 2 guests in room next door at midnight, pack ear plugs! It was hard to park the car, as car park too small to cope with the number of visitors to the hotel. Restaurant didn't have a record of our booking, but they did squeeze us in. I probably wouldn't stay again for these reasons.
