Has quad bike and provides transport from airport to property and vice versa.

Alex the manager was ok but his assistant was very Rude, frequent water cuts and didn’t received room clean for 3 days. No body picked up the garbage from our room. No shampoo or soap was provided. We had to arrange our own soap

Pick up Alex was prompt and collected us from right outside the airport. Taking our cases for us. The rate is 20 euros is very reasonable for Santorini usually it’s around 50. The room We stayed in the suites and the pictures do not to them justice. Huge room, beautiful view and well maintained. The only adjustment would be having the shower head higher. The property Two pools, both very nice. One has a stunning view of the ocean. The walk The hill to Fira is quite steep. However once a day it is fine. Overall very pleased and the prices are reasonable given the location. A beautiful resort which we would definitely return to. The staff The staff were very accommodating and helpful. One even gave me cash to pay for a food delivery.

Our stay for 4 nights was very disappointing. I had booked a room for 3 nights in one booking with 4 people and had another for 1 night (separate booking- as asked by the the studio themselves) - They charged by 70 Euros for the 4t night for the 2 kids. The bathroom water was coming out of the floor drain on the day we reached and they had to get a plumber in which they only did after 6 pm so we could not take a shower when we arrived. The toiletries were missing and when asked they gave us one tiny packet per person for all our 4 day stay. Our room lost electricity but other rooms did not but they said it was the city. I was confused by that as the very next room (which were friends in our group - we were a group of 4 families) did not loose electricity at all. We had VIP access via Expedia that would allow for an free upgrade and a bottle of wine. Did not receive that benefit. They did pest control on the site the day we arrived so we had a ton of cockroaches right outside our room door. Kids splashing in the pool were yelled at. The pool water seemed murky but we were not sure if it was the color of the pool underneath which was dark of if it was the actually the water. the benches had tar on it that spoiled our clothes. The studios are far from the main Fira area., a good 15 minute walk. The transfer service to airport was easy and event free and cheaper than a taxi. Water bottles easily accessible and not expensive. Breakfast simple but available. Overall- Poor.

We really liked our stay at this property. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room had a wonderful view and we could sit outside and enjoy it.

Water in toilets iffy. Not enough pool towels, yelling at kids for splashing water in pool, using tar to patch wooden benches which messed up a short, rationed 1 per person shampoo body soap toiletry.

The place we stayed at ( mentioned as a sea facing bungalow adequate for a family with 2 kids ) was under maintained / small and quite below expectations on arrival. The sofa beds and other amenities were not in great shape and only upon requesting for housekeeping this was addressed - the housekeeper was very sweet and helpful. The person who was to pick us up from airport was late - parked really far and made us lug around heavy luggage up a hill mentioning he could get parking anywhere closer . Also when we mentioned that this is not the place we expected and paid fairly high amounts for his attitude was con descending and almost like that’s what you get for the money you paid with no appreciation. He was also responsible for dropping us on the exit day and again was delayed to pick us up and also dropped us a bit far from the airport making us lug heavy luggage amongst family downhill. However when we spoke to the owner of the place next day he was much more helpful and explained his challenges but also got someone to help. The place in itself is fine and has some decent sunset views ( not caldera) but you will need to hire a car to operate from there as even reaching Fira square in foot is a good 20 minutes if rounded roads. Overall we managed to kee our stay at the studios brief which helped elevate the rest of the santorini visit. My only advice don’t book the bungalows there if you are traveling with kids - it won’t be adequate .

Not very cleanly. Saw spider webs in the light fixtures, smashed bugs on the walls, bits of TP behind the bathroom door. We did like the layout- nice to have the kids have their own area. Kitchen was nice with steps leading down to it. Loved having a pool. The A/C was not good and was hot even when on! It was hot during our stay - time of year in Greece so leaving windows open at night was still hot!

Spacious accommodations and friendly staff. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Fira where restaurants and shops are at. For 20 euros, they will provide private driver to pick up your party at the airport. You’ll want this since taxis are sparse there. I’d stay there again if visiting santorini again.

They are very accommodating. Ontime pick up at the airport and drop off. Linens are changing everyday. Very friendly staff and helpful. Location is very quiet and walking distance to fira. The capital of santorini.
