"Exceptional"

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was very spacious with everything you needed. The pool area was lovely & the perfect place to relax. A bit of an uphill walk into town so not ideal for dragging suitcases but with a car/transfer it’s fine. Special mention to Michael who could not have been more helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend it

Close to Fira but not in the middle of the crowd. That left tome to explore and then unwind in a peaceful setting with a gorgeous view. Staff knowledgeable of area and offer a wide variety of things to do and see.

Not recommended. The property is not close to anything. Need to rent a car for stepping out. The front desk person was not helpful or friendly and essentially rolled their eyes when we asked for anything. Within a minute of check in we were told not to mess the towels and not to forget anything in our rooms and not to leave doors or windows open when the AC was on. This was like a lecture. Breakfast very basic. No staff at hotel between 11 pm and 6 am. DID NOT RECEIVE ANY VIP BENEFITS THAT WAS PROMISED

"Decent stay"

The property is nice and spacious, close to fira and kind of city centre , you can take a bike and move around the island easily almost all the location or beaches are equivalent- distance. However we found that the basic facility of drinking water was missing ,as you must know the tap water isn’t drinkable there. water bottle was provided free only on the day we checked in and for rest of the days we had to pay to get a water bottle . Also if you are booking through this site , you might be charged extra €2 per day which is service charge , this is over and above your hotel charge which you might have already paid/will pay as per the site . Upon your arrival .The pool looked big in the picture but it’s comparatively smaller .

"Extremely helpful staff nothing is too much trouble "

We were very well looked after. One of our party had an accident and the help by the staff she received was amazing. They are so helpful and friendly we loved it there. They are clean apartments and the facilities are clean and well kept. Perfect location

"Such a scam, don’t bother with this place"

We loved every bit of Santorini but this place was a huge scam. We were a group of 6 people and some had arrived earlier and some later, one of the rooms the AC was not working (in summer it was really hot) and as it was already midnight we just slept through and informed management first thing in the morning which they did nothing about. Later in the evening after we had return from sightseeing we had to go again to the management and ask about the AC and the staff there Micheal said that no one informed them on this when we clearly mentioned speaking to the morning staff apparently also the manager of the place Mr. Alex. Micheal was very rude and said “it’s not a big deal we can do it in minutes” but yet we had to ask twice and they only fixed it later that day. The place also advertised that a private pool comes with the villa we booked but when we arrived there it was just a mini jacuzzi which WASN’T EVEN WORKING. Such a scam ! they told us it was spoilt 2 weeks before and yet they did absolutely nothing about it and that we just had to deal with it. Not even an apology instead they made it sound like it was our problem that it wasn’t fixed. Mr Alex the manager told his colleague to inform us (he couldn’t even come to see us personally) that if we weren’t happy with the place we should have not stayed from the beginning! Having done our booking 2 months before and knowing that everywhere is fully booked for the summer where do a group of 6 people in a foreign place go that too arriving at odd hours? What sort of a manager says that? I have never encountered this sort of absurd hospitality from any hotel or any sort of accommodation in my life. When asked why did they advertise on booking.com that it comes with a private pool they said “oh we told Booking.com to change it guess they didn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️“. How convenient and we had paid extra for the facility and we were given a not working jacuzzi throughout our stay! No compensation not even a complimentary breakfast or anything was given just to keep our hearts. We had a terrible terrible experience with the staffs, they were rude and really kept bouncing our questions from the morning staff to the evening shift staff till the very last day we left all they kept saying was “not happy should have left, there’s nothing we can do”. Also manager Mr. Alex mentioned that they don’t do any compensation and complimentary for their lacks in their place. Wasn’t sure why being the manager yet he was so afraid to actually meet us and talk instead he kept brushing things off via his colleague Micheal who was also conveniently just brushing things off and gave no solution. When we asked where is the manager they would say “oh his shift is over he will be here in the morning” and when we told them in the morning we have our tour set so maybe once he arrives he can come see us because apparently there’s no fixed time to his arrival, Micheal told us “you need to come here and find him okay! He can’t go looking for you at your place”. I’m just still super amazed at how rude they were. So really why would anyone ever pay so much and stay here? If we didn’t do our booking in advance, we’d rather pay double and stay elsewhere than this nightmare of a place with half not functioning things and extremely rude staffs.

"Horrible experience"

We booked a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. Pool was actually a small jacuzzi outdoors that doesn't even work. When we told the staff it doesnt work, he just said its been out of order for a few days before we arrived which wasn't fixed yet. There wasn't any communication about it before we arrived. We were staying for 3 nights and every night we went back to complain. The AC upstairs wasnt working the first night, and the staff was told the next morning. When we went back to complain about pool and AC in the evening, the staff said no one told them it wasnt working. (Basically lying) The pool wasnt fixed at all throughout our stay and I must say the attitude of staff and manager as such was so poorly, they shouldn't be in hospitality management at all. There wasn't much of an apology from the manager or any basic compensation offered. The junior staff did apologize but his words meant nothing as he didn't have anything he could do except take the complain to the manager who wasn't even bothered about the guests. Basically, don't waste your time in this place, there are better places to stay in Fira town or nearby as well.

Don't bother staying here unless you want to spend your time arguing with them to get what you paid for, and not even receive it in the end: Honestly, had such a terrible experience here, so much false representation. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment with a private pool. It was not a pool, but more of a small jacuzzi. The worst part was, it wasn't even usable, it was only half filled and not working due to a crack causing a leak! They said there was a leak and they would fix it the next day. Two days later, they said it wouldn't be fixed at all . At the end of our stay we found out that it has been spoilt for weeks. The hotel didn't bother informing future guests that the 'pool' wasn't working (a review from 10 months ago mentioned the same issue) . If you have booked the villa with private pool, please cancel it unless you want to argue with them and not have them do anything about it. According to the hotel, if we are upset with it, we should have asked for a refund and left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay. I wasn't informed this was an option until the last day. Secondly, the air conditioner wasn't working well (important during summer). It turned on for 1 minute and off for 2 minutes (the whole night), in 25 degree humid weather it was torture. Informed them the next morning, it wasn't fixed 15 hrs later and they blamed me for not informing them. This was fixed a few hrs after i reminded them (after 1 night of sleeping in a very hot and humid room) . I felt we were quite understanding and can appreciate if issues take a few hours to be fixed. However, a delay of 1 day to never in terms of fixing issues (that existed before we arrived) is disappointing. The location of the hotel was about 15mins off from Fira Square but that's one of the few correct things about their room advertisement. Just terrible service and and even worse room experience. I would have appreciated some kind of compensation for paying extra for the private pool and not getting it, but they didn't even bother with that. The manager Alex couldn't make the 20m walk to our room to discuss this during our 3 days stay even after we complained every night, he should really not work in hospitality with this attitude. He left us to complain to Michael in the night shift who was too junior to do anything. Hospitality can really be recovered with compensation, but this hotel fails to realize that. None of the staff at the reception should be working in hospitality, they couldn't be less interested in their guests. Based on past reviews, they have no clue of how to handle frustrated guests resulting from their poor hotel facilities
