The room was perfect for 4 of us. Well equipped kitchen. So good to have daily housekeeping. Brilliant location. Great facilities. Breakfast was adequate.

Lifts are slow Facilities are not maintained well - needs regular possibly twice daily cleaning. Advised reception that gym had not been cleaned in 2 days - dirty cups and empty water cooler.

Location great room cleaning not good especially for the money I paid.

Housekeeping didnt show up twice, smells in carridor in my level, there was a dog next door barking. Staff not friendly and breakfast very ordinary

Location was top notch. Cannot get a better location than this . Magnificient ocean views & city view . 2 in one

The housekeeping does not clean the room daily . They only make the bed and keep fresh new towels and new toiletries in the bathroom . Be aware , you have to clean your own room , do your own dishes , Only 4 nespresso coffee pods are given upon check in . If you want more then you need to pay and buy . The towels for swimming isnt provided at the same level . You need to go to another level which is the reception level and get swim towels from reception. Thats crazy and never heard of
