"Was a nice getaway"

The location was great, beautiful views and quiet once the doors were closed, breakfast was nice, and the sauna steam and spa was great to help relax when no kids were in with us jumping around, the staff were lovely and helpful.

The mold in the spa area, they need to spend some money on fixing that correctly. as we tried to relax there were kids allowed in the spa jumping around which wasn’t great. The elevators were extremely slow and sometimes didn’t work.

It’s in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, beach & the light rail. The staff are helpful (especially housekeeping) & the daily refresh of the apartment is great.

We have stayed a number of times at Peppers & sadly I have to say this trip was disappointing. The apartment was not very clean, the appliances average, with the dryer, dishwasher & toaster barely functioning. The corridor had a terrible odour & be prepared to be waiting 15-20 minutes to get into the lifts. I was woken many nights by neighbours partying after midnight. I didn’t feel as if it was very good value for money this time.

"Great location but could do better with small things"

The location is wonderful and perfect for a family of different ages who can have access to many different things. Different indoor and outdoor pools were magnificent. The view of the ocean, particularly at sunrise was amazing.

It was quite dirty - food on the floor in the foyer, breakfast dishes stacked on tables for a long time, dirty towels everywhere. Checking in was very rushed and I had to make numerous calls back to reception to get information on where the car park is situated, where we needed to go for breakfast and the timings of breakfast etc. There was no instructions for the TV and we had to call maintenance to come and set it up properly. They hold onto your deposit for days after you check out before releasing it.

"The location is the best thing about this hotel"

Location and view. They are welcoming and they try to help.

Old amenities, the shower is old, the hot smell was very bad in the corridor at level 23 where we stayed. The hot water wasn’t working in the pools men’s shower. In the room toilets when you turn on the cold water, a very loud whistle noise comes out.
