"Excellent"

The hotel is very clean and in a very convenient location in old town Zurich, however the noise from the street at night was very loud, making it hard to sleep.

"Good value for money"

Due to the heatwave current during our stay the room was very hot and with no AirCon it became necessary to keep the windows open which resulted in a lot of street noise and restaurant "aromas" being part of our stay. The room was clean and neat, I would request to be places in a quieter room next time. Staff were courteous and helpful!

"Definitely worth it "

Hotel Alexander was perfect for what my friend and I were looking for. We were perfectly comfortable in our room and enjoyed the wonderful service from all employees we interacted with. Definitely would recommend and come back!

My trip was fine, it would have been better if my room had a refrigerator ( my mistake for not looking at the fine print) and the elevator was a little bigger!!!

"Nice, clean, affordable and well located."

We stayed in the guest house which is in a separate building with out reception or any service, but it was very clean an easy to use. It is situated right in the middle of the old town and easy to get any where. The only problem we had was with the Coffey in the morning. Since we had an early flight we were promised to have complementary Coffey from 6:30 in the morning, which we didn't get until 7:20.

"lovely place."

We enjoyed our stay very much, since we were only in Zurich for two days, we didn't even bothered to purchase a Zurich card for transportation. The hotel is close and within walking distance to all the things around altstadt.

"The BEST in Zurich!"

The service at Hotel Alexander & the Alexander Guest House are SUPERB! From the moment we arrived to check-in until we checked out. Especially Katharina; she went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend these two properties!
