NO AIR CONDITIONING, NO FAN, small dingy rooms and pretty standard breakfast. Besides the location this is just an ordinary hotel. Wish I could have done better.

None , just had one night stay , was not great experience in taking us for leisure trip and hot air balloon booking was not so great , which was delay with the hotel, charged huge money

Very friendly and understanding staff! Both Ur and Ahmet were amazing throughout our entire stay. Ur the manager was incredible, giving us all the information we would need and even giving us the option to plan for future trips, excited to keep in touch with him! It's also just as amazing to see how much Ahmet did for us throughout our stay. Anything and everything we need, he helped us with. Beautiful views and gives a very homely feeling. Definitely a great pick to visit the area of Göreme.
