Staff very good, breakfast was also good and was served by a friendly staff.

Water for shower was not good . No water pressure at all. Temperature was not getting hot and was becoming cold while we were tslomg shower. They need to put a pressure pump for improving water pressure and they need to do something for the water temperatures so that we get constant flow for shower.

Very cold water in taps and the rooms were freeing in this cold temperature heaters not working. Toilets are compact and in old condition. Not recommend for family. During winter they are supposed to keep rooms warm but it was very cold. Very bad breakfast Torn linen.....

Nothing and I won't recommend this hotel

No cleaning daily. When asked they said it's only every alternate days. Bathroom not good. Bfast not good. Beds were so uncomfortable.

Standard breakfast, not great not terrible. Location is not the best (Cavusin, not Goreme) but the view is very nice and the hotel has a terrace for breakfast and watching balloons in the morning. It is possible to arrange tours and airport pickup/dropoff through the hotel manager, he was always very helpful

I would prefer better coffee for breakfast rather than Nescafe

The view from the hotel in the night is superb

Breakfast is a bit poor Hotel a bit far from the center
