Very good location, nearest to hot balloon 🎈 area.

Transportation problem near by.

I Liked everything about this hotel, very pleasant stay, we had the opportunity to choose our room, which was amazing. The manager did everything and beyond to make us feel comfortable, he personally took care of the booking for the hot air balloon tour, and he contacted us with a taxi driver, so we had personalized transportation. The Turkish breakfast was amazing. They allowed us to do an early check-in at no charge and offered us a welcome breakfast. Any inquiry or question we had was answered immediately, I do not have enough words to describe how amazing our stay in Cappadocia was. I won't look for another hotel in Cappadocia, for my second trip over there. It was just fantastic!!!

Mattresses were hard, room was not cleaned everyday, no hair dryer, no roof fan, no tv control inside room, just one room key, only one small trash bin. It is suggested to invest in little minor commodity changes to improve customer satisfaction.

The breakfast was tasty. I liked the fact that it was different from my culture.

The roof was leaking when it rained.

The location for watching flying baloons is perfect. Small village, very quiet.

There are no shops nearby in case of need something to buy.
