Slow draining tub and room outdated
Property is extremely dated and need of repairs. Bathroom door fell of the track, air conditioning hardly functioning, room door appeared to have been kicked in a some point with little effort to repair.
We felt unsafe, by the door lock someone tried to break in before. Washroom towels was smelling and just so much more. This should be called a Motel 2 stars. The photos are deceiving.
The hotel was listed as a luxury hotel and was more of a motel, as you park in front of your room. Floors in the room were dirty, dead bug on the wall. Was just not a positive experience.
We loved the pool and food at the restaurant. The location truly couldn’t be better
The outdoor area, pool and hot tub are nice. The biggest perk of this hotel is the walkability to restaurants and downtown Scottsdale. Although they have tried to upgrade the rooms I still felt the pictures were better than the rooms felt. The room was dark and small. We upgraded to get a pool view room but our room had a view of a big tree that faced the pool & the balcony was to small and narrow to sit outside anyway. It was just 1 night so we managed but next time I would pay the extra bit to stay at a nicer hotel.

It is in the heart of Scottsdale Old Town shops and restaurants just steps away. It has 2 pools, poolside games, and our room had a patio.
Great place, great Location hardly had to even get in the car to go where we needed. Hard to leave the pool and spa area.
