Good place. Nice pool.
Great pool facility and bar on the pool deck. Great walking distance to shopping and dining.
Location great. Very dated property. Room was clean but had broken luggage rack, no table or chairs, no phone, no clock, no table on balcony. Had to sit on bed so bed sides were broke down. Charged for parking. Didn't leave towels and left trash in bathroom sink. Won't be coming back. Shower was old and slippery.
Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee pods, coffee cups, removed used soap and did not replenish. Changed a couple towels but forgot hand towels. Very noisy. Street traffic and a hospital close by. Beautiful grounds, architecture and lighting. Beautiful pool, but definitely not for swimming. Too shallow. 4 ft at the center, 2 feet at the ends.
Great location. Our room had an unfinished bathroom pocket door. Everything seemed to need a refresh. Bartender super nice and so was cleaning staff. All in all, we would stay again.
Rooms dirty floors had toenails on them not cleaned at all bathroom had mildew on tile grout fan was so noisy and is so clogged with dirt it was un effective paint peeling shower had no pressure and was leaking I bought the package through Orbitz and they tried to charge me extra for parking I complained about it they said they would refund me but never got an email stating the refund. Coffee shop is posted opens at 6 no one was there many days till after 7 furniture was in rough shape old and peeling very limited no water available unless you go to water machine by ice machine and that is so disgusting and hasn't been cleaned or serviced in months the nozzles are so dirty. Overall I would never stay there again. Forget about no security and people coming in making very loud outbursts at 2 3 Up to 530 in the morning. i would not recommend this place if you want a good experience I will be staying across the street next year at the Hilton
Very close to old town, shopping and food close by. Rooms are old and getting run down.
It was a great location if you plan to have a wild walkable night in Old town Scottsdale. The room was clean and updated. The pool area was nice. Could use a bit more updating on outside grounds. It es close to everything but nothing extravagant
This hotel was okay. It didn’t feel clean and the furniture in the room was super dated. The location is great, but I would not stay here again.
