The hotel is a stone throw to the lake which you could walk to everything.

Not sure why it’s a 5*. I have not stay at any 5* hotels where guests hanging their clothes in the lawn outside their rooms and the hallway to our room we could see all the local daily activities and the swimming pool is only for children to get in and play. The food is below average. Somewhat the electricity just keeps turning on and off.

Our one day stay before our ABC trek was amazing.

We went back after our 10 day trek and slept there for one night only to wake up with construction happening right above us. Really needed to sleep in but the noise was unbearable.

Lovely garden - but NO views of area

The pool was overrun with guests (?) and children and smokers all around on the poolside loungers . The breakfast buffet was poor compared to all other stays in Nepal .
