I have stayed in Chaweng Garden Beach 4 times now. It’s perfect in every way! Beautiful gardens, with sand covered pathways. two amazing pools, massage available on site. 3 steps down to the beach. Amazing Staff! Clean & peaceful rooms. Absolutely Perfect 👌

"Lack Customer Service.."

I booked to stay here 6 days. I booked not knowing I hand to moved 3 different Time in the course of 6 days. I have a superior room in between and I asked front desk to upgrade someone from standard to superior room but front desk was not willing to try to accommodate. Which customer would say no go an upgraded room even if it’s for a few days. The front desk here won’t even try. I’m addition the AC is horrible. The resort has tons of mosquitoes, breakfast is not good, room is very dated, at night the Ark Bar next door is so loud I wonder hos people get any rest. Not to mention the flashing light through guests window. For $1000k for 6 days I wish I booked elsewhere. In addition, they want a cash deposit instead of a credit card. What an I going to do with the Thai bath when I’m on my way to the airport to another country. I’m a works traveler and as a Diamond customer with Hilton and Wyndham I know customer services well. This place does not have it. They don’t care or even try.

We spent 3 nights at The Chewang Garden Resort and absolutely loved it. We stayed in Garden Bunglow Room C4 by the pool. The pool bar & Barman Boss was wonderful. The staff at the resort were awesome. Great restaurant options. Beautiful beach once the tide is out. Would highly recommend staying here. Town is just out the driveway and everything you need.

This place is a gem. It’s obviously family run - no corporate greed here. Every staff member greets you verbally and with a smile. Perfect location. Well maintained which you can’t say about the myriad nearby properties I saw on my trip. Beautiful pools, gardens, and amenities. Loved loved loved our long stay.
