Lava Suites and Lounge

Unbelievable views, just beyond words. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing—not necessarily the breakfast, which is ordinary but ok, but the location and view. Need to be good with stairs and walking to stay here--but that holds for all of Santorini frankly. Every friendly service. All in all a great deal

What a fantastic location! Not only was the view spectacular, but Olga was so friendly, helpful, accommodating! Service was 20 out of 10! The breakfast was delicious, and everyone was so nice, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great service, great location, beautiful view from our suite.

Olga greeted us at the taxi drop off spot and walked us to the most adorable, charming, friendly, clean and comfortable location in Santorini! She also gave us great recommendations for dinner and places to go. She helped us get our laundry done and made sure the stay was perfect! The accommodations were wonderful and the view was to die for! Ther best spot to watch the sunset was from our room!

The host Olga and David were attentive to us.centrally located in the Fira (Thira) section of the island of santorini. We appreciate the hospitality and kindness. The facilities were excellent that offered a majestic views of the Aegean Sea. Sunsets are dramatic with the church dome within reach. Highly recommended.

The images on the site did not match the room. Room had a musky smell, “terrace view” room was looking straight to street felt like people were walking straight through the room...

We had two night stays at Lava Suites. The hotel is in a prime location and Olga and David are very nice host. Breakfast is very good in the morning. However the condition of the room is very disappointing. There are small non-threatening bugs everywhere and the room is dark and musty due to the nature of cave house. It definitely would attract more guests if the room gets renovated.

I would not rate it the hotel as 4 stars as it needs a lot of work done

The staff were friendly and so accommodating - even making scrambled eggs for our son. Our room definitely needs some updating, but it was still charming and worked for the one night we were in Santorini. And the sunset from the hot tub was just what we needed!
