Lava Suites and Lounge

Wonderful location right on the caldera with views to die for. The hosts are warm and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The rooms have all the modern amenities but the style is dated, but that’s part of the charm. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Lava Suites and Olga made our trip even more wonderful. Santorini is magical, but staying at Lava was the icing on the cake. Gorgeous views from the lovely decks where Olga and David brought us a wonderful breakfast each morning. Normally we wouldn’t eat at the hotel, but the fresh and delicious spread they provided combined with the view - we ate breakfast at the hotel every day we were there! Olga was the kindest most helpful person who made us feel so welcome and helped with our every need. From answering all our questions, to booking tours and dinner reservations, she was amazing. Our room was lovely with , decorated with gorgeous large but minimal furnishings. Very comfortable and appripo

The view, the hospitality, the welcoming staff, breakfast, the local wine, everything was taken care of wonderfully from the pickup at the port to the last minute restaurant reservations and luggage transportation. A wonderful discovery, wonderful stay, hope to be back again soon. (My only small wish is the Jacuzzi was warmer, but we visited before high season and the weather was cooler than expected) Exceeded all expectations!

Hotel is in the Best location of Fira .. literally on the edge of the cliff. Make sure to call ahead so they can come and get your luggage, car can’t go to hotel have to walk about 2 minutes on steps from nearest car drop off point which is NOT a big deal. Views are Breathtaking and most impressive for Fira. People can be seen coming over to path to take photos while you feel pride you stay right here on the edge. Beautiful sunset, Olga and David were amazing and caring hosts making sure guests feel at ease and they genuinely care for their guests. Hotel is maintaining the old Greek structure so expect that other than that it’s best location in Fira PERIOD. You will enjoy breakfast outdoor overlooking beat views in Santorini.

We stayed at this property a few days ago with our two kids. The staff at this property was very hospitable. The room was large and comfortable. The location is super practical. Olga had great recommendations and even arranged our sunset catamaran cruise for us. The view is stunning and breakfast was wonderful as well. Everything was great!

Reception was very welcoming, hotel room very spacious and close to Fira centre. The breakfast was amazing and we could enjoy it while enjoying the view of the caldera. Would definitely recommend and will be back there if I go back to Santorini!

We had an mazing stay at Lava in the room with out door hot tub the views were just incredible from your private balcony!! The staff are also so helpful and always friendly. Great location 5min walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend Lava suites!

What an incredible place to take in the beauty of Santorini. Our room was nothing short of incredible and Viktoria and Elias were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. Perfect location for exploring Fira as well.
