Overall hotel was good but the staff who helped me or didn’t help me they were rude and racist. They charge me stuff that I didn’t eat or drank.

Nice hotel located very close to the Metro Station. The Bus stop just infront of the hotel takes to the City bus terminal. Staff were very helpful. Can improve the menu. Swimming pool, gym and spa were closed due to lockdown. Apart from that, a good experience.

The hotel is nice, but the location is not. In front of a highway which means, it is out of town. The check in took more than 15mnts to serve 3 people. The indoor pool was closed for the costumers, while it’s open in other establishments which was my motivation to choose the hotel. And there are too many dooos and don’ts. I had the impression iam at school.

Easily accessible via metro and Mudanya. Nice rooms with bathtubs and terraces. Unfortunately the Covid19 pandemic has forced the closure of the hotel's amenities like the spa and gym.

Resturant was outstanding, doorbell man was so polite and prof named Abdullah, plus the front desk Akut was also helpful and nice. Thank you Divan for coaching your staff at the very best

The hotel is great, the staff is doing an amazing job to keep guests happy. They're really professional. The rooms are clean and in good condition. You get a good deal for what you pay.

Good, not bad but 4 stars , the chairs inside the room is not clean , but all & all good not bad,

Spa & Thermal was an absolute nigtmare! Hotel accommodation was OK 👌. You may pick other Thermal & Spa Hotel in City of Bursa, but not this one though.
