Staff is great and attentive. Not quite a top tier brand. Rooms need upgrade (carpets etc.) Overall, probably catering to business folks better, rather than luxury travelers like us.

Nice property but reasonable for stay night or so, if u have higher Expectations then not for you. Rooms are spacious, have big Balcony to chill out. Mattress is quite old just by the look but still Comfortable. Carpet needs to be clean or change l,It shows some aged. Overall room condition functional. If u want stay near Ulu cami then it’s few miles away.

Disappointing experience after visiting Divan Taksim hotel in Istanbul. They are serving standard breakfast with no options. The building is old and it is located behind the Hospital which causes a lot of noise. After 2 days of stay, we couldn't able to have nicely brewed tea or coffee. It's a shame for Turkish hospitality.
