TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana - All-Inclusive

Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

The Good: The staff, Helen, Joel, and Julian went above and beyond to make it a great trip. They took time to know our likes and interacted with the guests well. The food was good each day we were there. The Bad: while the rooms were large they need renovation. The week we were there was a little quiet but we saw people the last few days and when we left.

The pool entertainment was great! We really enjoyed BINGO each day with Belen!!!! The mixology class in the bar was fun! Joel in the restaurants was OUTSTANDING! He always went above and beyond to make sure our family was situated. Julian in the buffet remembered our beverage order and brought it each time.

Absolutely gorgeous. I loved everything about- the service, the food, the environment. It was all extremely pretty and I’ve been to almost all of the resorts here in Dominican Republic this one absolutely tops all of them. In late August there is a lot of seaweed but that can’t be helped the workers do their best to clear up the beaches so it’s still absolutely beautiful. Also Belen, Mini Baby, Yaribel, Jorge, Maria, Alfredo, and literally every single other worker here treat you like family and friends- they encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try new and fun things. The bartenders are sooooo good they make your drinks super duper nice almost as though it was alcohol free it’s crazy. I absolutely recommend this place 100x over to everyone I know it was an amazing experience.

Was a awesome experience. Every employee was happy and ready to help. Tons of group activities that employees will ask to have you join, lots of dancing so be ready! Food is as good as it gets, and the drinks on another level. Whatever you want whenever you want. Bellin, "mini baby", are a blast, and the bartenders are top of their class, shout out too Maria, Alfredo, Yaribel, and Jorge! Will definitely be back soon.

The experience was great I really enjoyed the food the brinks was fire.I love how we got in a round of bingo. Good vibes! My server Scooby doo was awesome such great hospitality.

Everyone here has a good vibe, everyone loves to interact with the clients with activities, makes everyone feel at home and have a fun time away from home food was excellent had almost five plates each… my boy scooby doo was a good employee to have fun with played a little basketball

Had the best time at this resort! The suites are so spacious and well maintained. The balcony had an amazing view of the pool and marina and it was the perfect place to unwind and have late night talks. The service from the housekeepers was incredible. I loved the pool areas and had a great time with Belen who was always energetic and engaged with the group! Minibaby and Gogo also were awesome with us and always helped us integrate into the activities of the day. After a fun relaxing day at the pool we had a great time getting food at the buffet with Daysi and Yendris who provided amazing service and were extremely speedy with any request. Loved this resort! Would stay again!

Very fun and relaxing trip, the staff was extremely friendly. We got the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth the price. We enjoyed walking around the whole resort, it’s all so beautiful. The resort also includes free food and drinks at the beach 8 minutes from the resort. The room was beautiful, we had the two room suite, and the kitchen, living room and balcony were great. We played pool with some of the staff, and again everyone was very friendly. Special thanks to Minibaby, Gogo, Belen for the entertainment, and playing pool with us, and thanks to Yendris and Daysi for the service at the buffet.
