"Great experience"

The resort was very nice and clean. The food was ok and the drinks were plentiful. There wasn't more than 20 ppl in the pool but the entertainment staff still tried to get the guest involved in wster aerobic, bingo, and other games.

I like the drinks and the food, that the Hospitality Group provided for me! Especially Scooby Doo, and the Micheal Jackson show. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even the Bartenders were amazing at the Dugg Out Italiano Restaurant!

"Nightmare of your dreams"

Very limited food selection Nothing to do after 11 pm Nightshift front desk had no clue of anything No restaurants open all week. Only buffet Bar ran out of anytthing you were drinking and had to swtich to whatever was available . They closed everything at 11 pm. Staff were very friendly and room super clean.

Staff was great! Felix, Belen, Mini Baby at the pool were all so much fun! Rooms were way beyond expectations. Pool area is awesome!

"Pool needs to stay open longer"

Nice places great staff they take care of and all your needs. Only wish the pool Would stay open past 7 am. My family loves the pool And we had to get out at 7 pm no good

The staff was extremely diligent from beginning to end. The staff is mostly interacted with was Gugugu,Felix,Maria,Darling,Berlin,Richard and most importantly Mr. Robinson, he created us with the utmost class and integrity. I am looking forward to seeing my experience with friends and family.
