Had a great time, Entertainment was Awesome, Buffet was delicious and the Service was great, the Staff was amazing and super helpful.

Everyone was attentive, always working and smiling at the customers, always at your hand feet to please us and feed us. Would definitely come back the servers the waiters the entertainment, I will recommend ppl to come and experience the vibe at sports illustrated punta cunta

The staff was really nice and helpful. They kept the property really clean. Chanel made sure we got us to our room safe and whenever we needed a ride he came and got us! The bar staff took care of us and made delicious drinks.

Belende and Daili, Jorge, mini baby, Maria, Felix, Alfredo are all AMAZING. They went over and beyond to make us feel great and comfortable. They are the real MVPs for this resort. They should all be commended on their work ethic. They made our trip a great time

I had an amazing time. I was so sad to leave the resort yesterday. The workers at the resort are amazing. Excellent service. Upon arrival you are greeted with the brightest smile ever from their receptionist Natalia. She has been such a great help during my stay there. Always kept my family and I up to date with the activities each day, as well as checking up on us every couple of hours. The entertainment employee’s, in particular, Belen, GouGou and Mini Baby are such a vibe. I loved how they got everyone to participate in each activity. They are really funny. If you drink, Raymeris is an amazing bartender. She could makes an exceptional piña colada. I had one every single day at every single hour lol. Overall, I recommend this resort if you know how to have a good time.

The one-bedroom suite was beautiful and very comfortable. There were a few small details that could’ve been better—like a dirty spot in the tub—but overall the room itself was nice. The biggest issue was the strong smell from the marina, which hits you immediately upon arrival and lingered throughout the stay. The food was another disappointment. Most dishes, including the cultural/local food, lacked flavor and fell short of expectations. The pool closes at 7 PM sharp, and staff will ask you to leave, which feels early. On top of that, one corner of the pool was black and slimy, which was off-putting. There’s supposed to be a small accessible beach, but the water was filled with algae, smelled terrible, and was not inviting at all. Nightlife is very limited. There’s a short show at 9 PM with a tiny stage—the staff works hard to hype up the crowd, but once the show is over, everything closes. The casino on the grounds is an option, but drinks there are not included. Overall, while the room was lovely, the food, pool maintenance, beach conditions, and lack of nightlife were disappointing. This place may work for a quiet getaway if you just want to relax in your room, but if you’re looking for good food, lively entertainment, or a clean beach experience, it might not be the right choice.

We had a great time at tvs sports illustrated resort. The activity team was great and kept up the excitement and fun. The bartenders were great and the staff was nice! Can’t wait to go back!

The experience was amazing. The staff was incredible. I enjoy myself fully. I will definitely be returning back with family & friends. Had a great time all the dances and fun.
