Even on the off season we were treated well and staff was attentive we had 11 in our group spread over 3 different rooms and we had a 3 bdrm a 2bdrm as well as a studio and each form was spacious and luxurious and definitely will book again .

I absolutely loved my stay at SIR. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were beautiful, They even had entertainment. Belen by the quiet pool along with the rest of the staff were so hospitable!! I would definitely come back again. Made me feel at home and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Thanks you guys for your amazing service ❤️🤗❤️

Belende and his team did an excellent job. With all activities and kept us entertained at the pool. Food was great, service at the bar was unmatched and I got nothing but great things to say about this resort. Highly recommended

Belende, Katherine, Alfredo, Dailin, Yaribell, DJ, Ricardo, Christopher, & gogo were wonderful servers and entertainment. Karaoke night was the highlight of our stay. 10/10

We didn’t stay here, but unfortunately, we were lied to at the airport by one of their representatives. We had arranged a transfer from the airport to our hotel (Breathless) with Nexus Tours, and two of the ladies led us to a man named Jonathan. I kept showing my QR quote, but all he wanted was to sell us an excursion, breakfast, and a tour of their hotel. At first, we thought Nexus was selling the excursions, as most tour companies do. It wasn’t until Jonathan took nearly an hour and made us miss our transfer that we realized this wasn’t Nexus Tours. We bought an excursion and agreed to the breakfast because he said it was only a few minutes from our hotel, which was another lie. It’s actually an hour away! This man then proceeded to harass my phone after we told him we wanted our money back and that we wouldn’t be going on the hotel tour. He kept saying that our hotel would tell us not to go, but our hotel didn’t even mention half of what he kept insisting we say no to. He really needs to practice what he preaches, because he’s the person we should have been telling no. How about you all focus on selling timeshares to the people who actually stay at your resorts, not those whose trips are already planned with another hotel. This has been the biggest letdown of our trip, and we definitely will not be staying at this hotel ever! Breathless has been nothing but amazing to us, and aside from a few issues, I’ll definitely be returning to spend my hard-earned money with them. I will be speaking with the airport about this matter to ensure we get our refunds and to prevent anyone else from dealing with this foolishness. As someone who works in Law. I will also speak with the Canadian government to ensure Canadian visitors are not taken advantage of at the Punta Cana airport ever again!

My experience in Punta cana is very amazing, #one the people is very friendly the place is awesome also most important to me & my family the food is great 👍 , also the dancers are great entertainment we have good times it was to short, we gonna come back again blessings ❤️ love...

Good hotel that all I can say. Everything was amazing.

Buen desayuno, habitacion de excelente tamaño; mas bien un apartamento de 2 habitaciones. La nuestra daba directo a patio y piscina saliendo por la terraza. La nevera llena de agua y refrescos y una bandeja de frutas. Parrillada en la piscina muy buena con picaña y pollo al grill. El personal super amable. Inmejorable en esos sentidos.

Mas que problema del alojamiento es un tema ambiental con el sargazo que ha sido catastrofico. El olor se sentia dentro de la habitacion. Lo otro que noté es que la gente que va alli en camisilla o sin camisa a cenar o comer. Creo que la formalidad, o al menos ir correctamente deberia ser una regla generalf

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the bar had great drinks. Definitely recommend!
