TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana - All-Inclusive

The location is in cap cana marina so is super safe and quiet. They have show om Thursday friday and Saturday. They make sure you are happy with the service. The room are huge and nice 👌. They do room service every other day. The views are great. Great resort for a family. The resort was super clean and the food is great. They have many different options. They have microwave om the room so is very awesome to have that option specially at night. You got access to juanillo beach in which is the best beach in cap cana. The general manager of the hotel Diakara is nice and friendly.

Great experience. Daisy was an amazing server who waited on us a few times at the main restaurant. In general, All the staff were friendly and the offsite activities were amazing.

The best part of the resort stay was the entertainment crew specially Gugu & Miny Baby. The Katherryne hostess went beyond my expectations always with a smile.

This resort is absolutely terrible. From the unclear rooms to rhe nasty one option restaurant. The employees speak no English and the front staff and promoters lie to you about excursions. Now only if you don't care about food it's a very quiet and empty resort. Never again.

The hotel was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious. Food was excellent, we love the italian Special thanks to Rusvell at the front desk. We will be back soon.

The location is wonderful!! With so many fun activities, spa, pools, beach, beautiful landscape!! Great food!!! Most of all, the people are so kind and helpful with everything!!! I will definitely be going back again and again!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 4 out of 5 Stars — Wonderful Stay. I would give 4.5/5 stars!! My stay at Tan Resorts was overall excellent. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the customer service truly stood out. The food was delicious all week, with different themed dinners each night—something I really enjoyed. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the Friday Christmas party was absolutely fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and visually impressive. They provided nightly activities even a michael jackson impersonator and a dance crew. They had karaoke, Couples night game, Bingo game night. I did encounter a couple of issues: a recurring smoke smell that came through the ventilation once per day, and a condensation leak from the ceiling vent in the master bedroom. Maintenance was responsive and fixed the issue, but it still affected the experience slightly. Juanilo Beach being closed for 3 of the 7 days (they were dining a movie) was also disappointing, especially since daily beach time is a big part of my vacations. The market had items (sunscreen, chips, souvenirs etc but VERY OVERPRICED) Bring your beach items and Tylenol or things you may need. The staff, however, exceeded every expectation. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Special recognition to Daisy, Alvi, Celso, Chanel, Yanellisa, Sandy, Maria, Julian, Geraldin, Carlos and our amazing housekeeper (whose name I regretfully forgot). Their service was truly 10-star quality. Additional highlights included: • Convenient WhatsApp concierge line for fast communication (9am–7pm) • Incredible spa with hydrotherapy, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi & massage options. The manager MS. INDIRA was the best ever!! The massage therapists were all amazing as well, especially MS . LAYSHA. (Fantastic) • Clean and well-equipped gym • Shuttle to Juanilo Beach and Lago Azul — where the fish gave us a natural “foot pedicure” experience • Calming, relaxing vibe — not overly touristy or crowded Taxi rides off-resort are pricey ($65–$75 USD one-way, even for short trips), but the resort provides almost everything you need nearby. Overall, Tan Resorts was a highlight among my past vacations. It’s perfect for those looking to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy tranquility. I’d happily return and recommend it to travelers seeking a peaceful, luxury escape.

Stayed at Cap Cana with our family for a week and overall had a great time. Weather and food were fantastic and the entertainment staff (Belen and Mini Baby) were fun and energetic! We did have a few issues with our room (accommodated 3 people instead of 4), hot water took some time to kick in and we had to flush the toilets several times to clear. Tried the Italian restaurant and the wait time for food was more than 30 minutes as they were understaffed. Buffett was great and always had great diverse options for everyone. If you are looking for a place to relax with minimal disruptions, this is the place for you. Definitely leaving rested and relaxed.

The serving staff and entertainment staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the Christmas celebration. The room was very clean and tidy. It is a fairly family friendly resort. Not a ton for the kids to do, but the entertainment staff did their best.
