We love this place, the people are excellent, very serviceable and friendly: mini baby, Belen, Yannelisa, Felix, Julian, Jorge, Maria, Robinson and Yohany just to name a few. Also willing and eager to help.

The pool was activities was fun. Dairis and Belen was excellent. We had wonderful time because of them, always trying to keep us engaged! Not a dull moment around them, thank you so much.

Close to airport . There were issues but overall not bad

Our stay at TAN Resort was nothing short of incredible, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the heart and soul of the Dominican people. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and a level of hospitality that felt like family rather than service. The entertainment team was absolutely phenomenal. Their energy, passion, and dedication brought the entire resort to life every single day. Whether it was poolside activities, evening shows, or simply engaging guests with laughter and joy, they created an atmosphere that was vibrant, inclusive, and full of positive energy. You could tell they genuinely loved what they do, and it made all the difference. Especially, Jose the activities host. Beyond the fun and excitement, what stood out most was the feeling of safety and care throughout the resort. At every corner, the staff ensured that guests felt secure, comfortable, and well taken care of. There was a strong sense of community and respect that made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience. The love shown by the Dominican people is something that cannot be overstated. It’s in their smiles, their conversations, and the way they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their culture shines through in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression that goes far beyond a typical vacation. TAN Resort is truly a special place, not just because of its beauty and amenities, but because of the incredible people who make it feel like home. I would return in a heartbeat.

Overall I had a great experience, the food music and activities were amazing. Great views from the marina to take photos. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The staff and faculty were excellent.

The staff was really good, especially Jose he was a really funny and great dude. I also really liked the food and the people who worked at those places they were really friendly and the service was pretty quick. Lastly the amenities that came with this trip were great the free van to the beach was fantastic and we all had a great time at the beach. Dairis was also very helpful during our trip

Very beautiful resort , food was good. The marina view was great. Staff was very friendly and very helpful bar beside the pool was really good. They have planned a lot of activities every day engaging the kids rooms were very neat. Only thing was the fan was making a lot of sound, but no complaints other than that. You have to take a shuttle to go to the beach, which is every hour to the ocean, but other than that no downsides. Resort itself was very beautiful n picturesque giving both tropical n European stone built vibes. Would b good if they have more activities like zip lining

So many negatives I don’t know where to begin. Rooms are old need drastic remodeling smell of mold and mildew. My stay included AC units not working asked for maintenance EVERY Day received lies saying they are on the way😂, Front Desk and Hospitality language barrier along with ZERO follow up I had to ask towels 4 of the 6 day🤣. Food was a C-, D at best limited variety, for best quality use the restaurant not affiliated with TAN. One positive Beautiful Grounds
