TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana - All-Inclusive

We had a great time at this excellent all inclusive resort, which is now called TAN . Everything was great . The service was excellent. My friend is disabled. So for that reason, everyone helped us get around the property. Otherwise you have to walk or rent a golf cart which I am sure is quite expensive. The pool is very nice; Juanito beach is beautiful for lounging but less so for swimming because of the sargasso seaweed. The most helpful people were the drivers Nicolas and Felix. At the beach Dairis was very helpful. The food was not quite as good as some cruises; it was more Dominican than continental, and we ended up wasting a lot of food. There is a large buffet for breakfast and lunch and 2 night is 5 we could eat for free at La Bambino Italian Restaurant. All in all, well worth what we paid Monster for a very relaxing vacation. The weather in late May was fabulous.

My experience here was great. The food was great and the very best part was the entertainment. Bizcochito , el mello , belen , dairis and in the Felix y rosmery and Jorge very very good .

I really enjoy Tan Entertainment! I love Bizcochito and El Mello, belen and dairis they are awesome! I loved the Michael Jackson show, it was the best!! They are always up for the best time and are so much fun! The bar and bartenders are so kind and lovely, as well as all the waiters and food. I’m loving my time here and can’t wait for the next activities and days!

Bizochito and Dairis were both great at entertaining. Food and bar was a great experience. Would recommend.

Me and my wife stayed at the TAN resort in PUNTA Cana and had an amazing time. The room was beautiful and spacious. The whole place was clean and the food was delicious. The entertainment was great. Jose the manager of the entertainment was amazing he funny and made us feel welcome. We had the most fun never laughed that hard in my life

Excellent service, great food, GORGEOUS and spacious room, outstanding weather, great beach, relaxing environment. Sandy, the server, was out of this world great and Jose was the best entertainment manager keeping us laughing always! 5 stars, highly recommend!r

Had a great time at this location. Food was great. Service was excellent. Love the people. Met all our needs. A very “handle whatever you need to be happy” situation. Alcohol selection was solid. Rums especially. Jose handled all the entertainment and was hilarious at all times. You feel like you’re finally on a vacation after listening to him. Sandy was our favorite waiter. Can’t say enough about the staff. Good vibes. Relax, and let go. Way a vacation should be.

My first day landing in the DR was a bit rough! The day I landed, it was my actual birthday. Got through customs and realized one of my smaller bags fell off my roller bag. We got outside and the hotel pickup driver was no where to be found. We called the hotel over and over with no answer, straight voicemail. Finally, the hotel called us back and stated we now had to pay for our own transportation. We were very upset. Got to the hotel, the staff was very rude and not companionate. Moving on, we met the rest of the entertainment and hospitality (food and drinks) staff and they turned our whole day and the rest of our trip around- minus the front desk who are to be the first impression. Belen and Bizcochito were the life of the hotel and kept us happy and entertained. They made crowd participation fun and enjoying. I totally recommend staying here just because of them. You see them the entire time. Jose who’s the entertainment manager is also a joy and you can see his training reflecting on the entire entertainment staff! Way to go guys! Now only if he can train the front desk, they will have a great package!

I read a lot of mixed reviews, but to be fair most were under the old ownership. We knew the sales presentation would be high pressure, so we went in prepared. It was a little longer than 90 minutes, but the people were at least nice about it. That was the "worst" thing and it wasn't even that bad. We loved the food on the buffet, and that they had so many local foods. The Italian restaurant on site was our favorite. But really we found something we liked everywhere. Our room was nice e, clean, and so many of the staff were so friendly! I really had a great time. I loved learning the bachata by the pool and drinking fresh from the coconut.
