"Nice hotel, good breakfast and fab location for our visit to the area. Staff friendly and helpful"

Hotel is well located for our visit to the area, the breakfast offers a good selection and we especially like the hot food being cooked to order rather than buffet style when it's not hot and becomes dry if left too long. On site parking is an added benefit and the staff, from reception to waiting and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful.

Our room felt smaller than previous rooms we have stayed in at the hotel, the shower was very good but the glass screen and lip to stop the water from getting into the bathroom wasn't so effective.

It was a nice hotel, ideal for attending functions at The Swan. Our room was nice and clean with a modern shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable if a little creaky.

Bed creaked when you moved. A bottle of water would have been nice.

"It's okay and does the job, but I wouldn't want to the top end price"

Great room and the car park is a real bonus. The breakfast room could look and be more comfortable. Plastic chairs with black covers on just doesn't do it. Breakfast on the 2nd day was better than the 1st and tables were cleaner on the 2nd day.

Breakfast tables not very clean. Plastic uncomfortable chairs.
