"Good"

Great location, but our room in annex was very noisy and wifi worked poorly. Hotel parking lot was full and hotel staff was unable to explain how paid city parking works.

"Good value "

Compared to the alternatives in town and nearby, this provides good value. It may not have the atmosphere of others but it's clean and sensible while only steps from the sites and restaurants of interest. Free parking is nearby. The continental breakfast is satisfactory. Staff were gracious and helpful throughout our three day visit.
