Great staff - friendly and helpful. Also well organised. Funky small hotel vibe - rooms felt as if they were designed by a person not a robot.

Although centrally located, the property cannot be reached by taxi or Uber. It's located on a very steep and narrow street that has traffic control poles at both ends, preventing all vehicles without a pass code button from entering. As a result, suitcases must be dragged about 100m up or down the steep street to an accessible street pickup point. Another issue occurred when a false fire alarm went off at 4AM. Because no property employees reside at hotel at night, the residents were left to figure whether the alarm was real and how to deal with the alarm. The alarm rang for about 30 minutes until an employee showed up to turn it off. This prolonged the alarm annoyance and in a real fire situation, could have jeopardized the residents' safety.

The location was very quiet, breakfast was included and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and stylish. The B&B was difficult to find and cab drivers could not locate this place on their GPS. Perhaps a map and directions on this B&B's website would be helpful for future customers.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, we had a family room for four people. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of good things to eat. The only two minuses were that it was difficult to take the luggage to and from the hotel room due to stairs. It is not handicap friendly. And the Wifi was very slow many times.

Great hotel with very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (the taxi driver especially had trouble). Perhaps they could let guests know in advance how best to navigate to the hotel.
