"Fond memories"

My wife and I had been to the Uplands Inn several times before so we knew that it would provide the perfect venue for my 70th birthday celebrations with my best friend and his wife. It did not disappoint. The Inn is sufficiently small to ensure you get that personal touch from the very friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the "annex" for 3 days. The rooms are generous, clean, fully serviced with an equally generous ensuite bathroom. The pre-ordered chilled bottle of Prosecco was waiting on arrival. Dinner on our 3 nights was superb. The menu is not extensive but what is on offer is of excellent quality. Breakfast selection is made the night before and is of the same high standards. The Cumberland sausage should not be missed. All in all, the combination of the Inn's country location, great staff, good food and excellent value made my 70th celebrations a very fond memorable experience. Thank you very much to all at the Uplands Inn

"A lovely very comfortable stay"

Uplands is in a lovely location with amazing views over fields and out to sea. Our room had fabulous views and the most comfy bed. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was great and breakfasts were excellent.

"Lovely accommodation, friendly staff"

Beautiful views, very friendly staff. We took our dog, so accommodation was perfect for us. Lovely room, very clean and even provided a dog treat. Entertainment was an added bonus in the evening. We had a great stay and would definitely return.
