Really nice stay. The whole place was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great stay.

The tandem parking worried us a bit but it was handled beautifully and was no problem at all.

"Excellent stay in Shanklin"

The Richmond Bed and Breakfast is an excellent place to stay in Shanklin. It is off the main road, so quiet, but near enough to walk to shops and restaurants. It is also a great base to explore the island. The facilities are very good, lovely and clean with friendly hosts. The breakfasts were excellent.

Apart from seagulls, our room was a small double so compact, however the bathroom was large enough.

We stayed from 24th to 27th Aug 3 nights and didn’t realise when we booked we had stayed 10 yrs ago.Which Mark mentioned when we checked in as his Wife Kaz recognised the name. Had a lovely stay the weather was amazing, good breakfast and parking. The Seagulls were a bit annoying as they woke us at 5am but apart from that.We won’t leave it as long next time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Richmond Bed and Breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. The location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight, and we really appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

There was absolutely nothing we could possibly complain about!
