The hosts are engaging, responsive and friendly, ensuring all guests are welcomed and comfortable. Breakfasts are well cooked and plentiful. The rooms and ensuites are generously proportioned, clean and well decorated. The property is very well appointed for pubs, restaurants and only a short walk from the esplanade and beach. I highly commend this establishment.

Lovely hosts, our room was very nice and the bed really comfortable. Good variety to choose from for breakfast, cooked, cereal, fruit toast and yoghurt.

"We enjoyed a 2 night break. We could park our car at the property which was good as we had bikes in the car."

Good location for the Old Town and Beach. Good breakfast, cooked to order.

Breakfast didn’t start until 8.30am.

Really friendly hosts. Very comfortable stay.

As the guest house was full, parking meant people would inevitably block each other in. Not too much of a problem if you're happy to discuss what time you plan on leaving with the other guests over breakfast, though. 🙂

We stayed in room 6 the small double and it wasn't as small as i imagined it would be. Very good size and everything was lovely. Hosts were nice and breakfast was well organised

breakfast was good, location was good.

The bed was comfortable but small so it wasn't a double for us. It's hard to adjust the hot water in the bathroom.
