The Richmond Bed and Breakfast - Adults only

The property is at a short walking distance from the old village and the beach, too. Straightforward house rules, welcoming landlords, general cleanliness and comfortable bed. The stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

Welcoming host and hostess, lovely large room, with plenty of power points for chargers, where every works, comfortable bed. Breakfasts were perfect and exactly as described every day. Very convenient location, but quiet at night.

Good size room. Liked separate shower / toilet. All amenities worked well. Quiet and convenient location.

No bag storage

The Richmond location is ideal for walking, buses and train station. The property is comfortable and has everything you require in the room. If i was being picky i would like to see less sugary items at breakfast and opt for plain greek yogurt, Weetabix, low sugar muesli as the options on offer are too sweet. Also less plastic flowers and plants which attract the dust but that is only my preference otherwise all good.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Not far from the station, with shops. the old village and restaurants all nearby. Caz and Mike were really nice and kept checking with us if we needed anything. Great home cooked breakfasts, with lots of choice. A big thank you to Caz and Mike for opening he breakfast room earlier one day when we had a early coaster bus to catch to visit or friends in Freshwater. If you want a quiet place to stay with home comforts, I recommend the Richmond B & B.

We had an amazing stay at the Richmond. Mark and Caz are wonderful hosts and Mark's breakfast is tasty and filling. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and we had a very relaxing few days.

Spotless, well-looked after establishment in a convenient location with excellent breakfasts

The Richmond was quiet and restful, which was what we were looking for. The room was large and airy, comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of choice. The owners were friendly and helpful, keen that we enjoy our stay. We would be very happy to stay there again. We were sad that this lovely couple, working hard and doing a great job, have had to take abuse from unreasonable people who expect the service of a 5* hotel from B & B proprieters. Read the information before you book folks and leave vacancies at this lovely place for people who appreciate it.
