"What can we say it was fabulous"

Caz and Mark were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They were very helpful. If I could give them more than a 5star I most certainly would.

Very welcoming hosts and very clean facilities. Good location ,only a short walk to the town.. Great breakfast, perfectly cooked. Would definitely stay there again!

"Amazing place"

From the moment we walked in the door mark and can were so wonderful and nothing at all was a problem, the room was so clean and so welcoming as well, the breakfast was so delicious and again nothing was to much trouble at all. We had such a lovely 4 day stay and we can't wait to go back, I would absolutely recommend the place to anyone 😀 thankyou mark and can it was so lovely to meet u both and we will be back

"It's a great place to stay."

The breakfast was great, prepared with love and care. The room was very spacious and airy, with a large bathroom. It was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and milk available to make our own drinks. The place was quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Double bed was little small for us.

"Lovely spacious clean B&B"

The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and had parking on the drive. Comfortable mattress and pillows . Very quiet and not overlooked. Close to the town and walking to the old part of Shanklin and the beach.

Would be lovely to have a bigger bed as the room was certainly large enough to hold a king size or even larger bed. The breakfast time was too early for us, it would have been good if it was a bit later as some people like a lie in on holiday. The check in and out times were very precise. We understand that the B&B is their home but a little more flexibility would be good. This said they are running a successful business and they do make all this clear when you book. 😀

"Great staff and breakfast"

The staff were fantastic, food was great, location was great too

Check in time was quite limited (between 4pm-6pm only) but it didn't affect us much
