Cabo Cush Hotel

Hotel is small and clean, very sweet place to stay. It's close to many restraurants and near the marina. Great location

Cabo Cush is a no frills, budget hotel. We stayed one night in a room downstairs which was clean and comfortable. Two weeks later we stayed for two nights in a room upstairs which had a ceiling that was severely cracked, dirty and looked liked it could collapse anytime. The bedspread had at least 8 cigarette burn holes in it, and the sheets were stained and covered in strands of hair. My husband figured the sheets were not changed from the last people - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured their laundry process may not be the most effective. Either way, we would have highly recommended the hotel and felt very comfortable based on the first night we spent there, however the second two nights in the second room make us feel uncomfortable and not so positive. In addition, I killed two cockroaches in the room - one beside the sink, the other on the mini-fridge. We may stay there again - but would request a downstairs room.

The facility was nice could use room updating/maintenance but over all pleased. Location was ideal for walking and felt very safe walking back late at night.

The hotel was very clean, quaint, cute and the room was a very nice size. The hotel staff was very helpful. Although the neighborhood wasn't fancy or anything like that. It was fine. Peaceful, didn't feel threatened or scared. And we parked in a locked area.

Great location, unbeatable price, adorable staff, I was staying a week and they changed my sheets on day 4, was not expecting that at this price. Can get a tad noisy when some customers with bad maneers feel like yelling at night or put their music very loud.

The location downtown, while not on the beach, was pretty convenient to get around. It was easy to find cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and the like. Lots of locals seemed to be staying there, and in fact no one working there spoke English, though they were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel.com said this hotel had parking but I couldn't find it and there was no way I was going to leave my 15 year old car on the street in this neighborhood. Went to another hotel. Complained to Hotel.com and no response. Will use Expedia next time I need a hotel on short notice.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel. If we go back, we would stay here again. The rooms are big, shower has good water pressure, and location is within walking distance to everything. There are bars, stores, restaurants close by and we had a mini fridge in the room to keep our water, beer, and snacks cool. It could be a little loud, but turn on your fan and you are good to go.

The owner was a very nice guy. The hotel was very clean. Overall, it was a very positive experience. It is close to the center so it's an easy walk but the neighborhood is a bit dirty-Cabo in general is like that.

had clean room at the back as noise from street...a/c and fan worked great to drown out any street noise...hotel well run and clean...and, only 3 blocks to harbor and downtown CSL
